  • How do I register?

    Runners may register online starting March 1, 2017. Coming soon: 2017 Registration Website. 

    Where do I pick up my packet?
    Runners should pick up their packets at the Runner’s Expo on Thursday, October 26 or Friday, October 27 at the Cox Business Center.

    You MAY pick up a packet for a friend or family. You must have the individual's confirmation email ticket with you at pick up. 

    Where is the best place for my friends and family to watch?
    Spectators can watch the race and cheer on their favorite runner from anywhere along the race route, but many choose to cheer from near the Finish Line Fest along Boston Ave. between Fourth and Ninth Streets. Finish Line Fest provides a great view of the race and offers entertainment for the entire family.

    What sort of training is recommended?
    Fleet Feet Tulsa is the official training resource of the Tulsa Run. To view their programs, click here.

    How can I get my family involved?
    Runners of all ages can participate in the Fun Run. The 2km Fun Run is the perfect distance for beginners, children and just for fun. Consider training for the 5km with your family to promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage exercising.

    Can I walk?
    Yes - you can walk in the 2k and the 5k. A minimum pace of 15 minutes per mile is recommended for the 15k. Participants must finish by noon when the roads are reopened, or complete the race on the sidewalks.

    Are strollers allowed?
    Yes, but only in the 2k Fun Run. Both parent and child must have bib numbers visible. Please line up in the back of the participants.

    Where do I park? Street, parking lot and valet parking is available throughout Downtown Tulsa.

    Where will the water be? Throughout the course and at the start and finish areas. Please drink plenty of water before, during and after the race.

    Where are the restrooms located?
    Porta-johns will be located in close proximity to the start and finish line and each water station. See course maps for details.

    Where will the unofficial times be posted? Unofficial times will be posted at the Tulsa World tent at Finish Line Fest. Official race results will be available after review and confirmation.

    How do I get my award? Your award will be mailed to you after the race.

    What are the office hours? The office is open Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m., year round. Beginning the Thursday before Race Day, the offices will be located at the Runner’s Expo. On Race Day information can be found at the Start Line.

    Will the office be open after the race? Yes, contact the Tulsa Sports Commission for details.

    Where is the lost and found? Lost and found can be found at the #TulsaMVC, or mobile visitor center in the middle of Finish Line Fest. It's a big black trailer with TVs and cell phone charging stations. If your child is lost please contact someone at the MVC.

    What to do if a parent/guardian and child are separated? Contact a police officer or a race official at the information tent in the middle of Finish Line Fest.

    Can I change races? Race distances can be changed through the registration website. There will also be a desk at the expo where race distances can be changed. The difference in the price of the run will be charged when race distances are changed.

    Where is the medical tent? At the end of the Finish Line area.
